**Finance & admin Assistant cum HR assistant.**
- To manage and update SST account and submission on time.
- To do bank process such BA and LC.
- To monitor and check customer payment collection and prepare customer statement at least once a month.
- To monitor and record petty cash, cash sales account, and sundry expenses.
- To prepare all fixed payments monthly on fixed dates such as for TM, Maxis, Syabas, TNB, rent, term loan and etc.
- To handle and manage all payable and receivable account.
- To plan and process payment for purchased material, other liability and statutory payment.
- To ensure all products released and services are paid on time and check payment from the customer according to invoice and statement.
- To prepare suppliers and customer aging reports with evidence and update any payments made.
- To periodically prepare the statutory account and monitor legal matters relating to government.
- To monitor and record account activities such as balance sheet & profit and loss and reconciliation.
- To work with journal, sales and purchase ledgers.
- To liaise with the auditor, tax and secretary to produce an annual financial statement
- To check and analyze employee time sheet and calculate overtime in calculating payment wedges and advances.
- To statutory payment such as loan, sick leave and medical claim.
- To prepare SOCSO, EPF and process accurate payment to employee by cash or cheque on time.
- To do process documentation for new employees.
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
