**About the role**

McConnell Dowell is hiring a HR Administrator for the KL regional office to remotely support their growing Australian business unit. This role will focus on providing administrative support and will be a key member of our HR Services function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for all general HR queries in the shared mailbox. Escalate to the HR Advisors as required
- Providing efficient and effective administration support services to the business
- Data maintenance and record keeping in our HRIS systems including HR Onboard, HR Offboard, JobAdder, myHR eLearning and Chris21
- Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment, transfer letters, termination paperwork as required
- Attending to and responding in a timely manner to any myHR performance management user enquiries
- Provide support with administration of the Company's Graduate Program such as administering testing and uploading Job advertisements
- Support projects with pre-employment processes such as arranging medicals, references, police checks, verification of work rights etc
- Assist with any eLearning support queries
- Managing invoicing for all HR related expenses
**About You**
**To be considered for this role, you will have;**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Displays initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
