**About the hiring company.**
Our client is a group of companies engaged in financial & insurance and IT services activities.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a HR oriented Administrator to take on the twin function role of HR Training and Administration for the group of 300+ staff/employees. This position is permanent at executive level and will involve coordinating recruitment and training activities for the group by planning and performing a variety of administration activities.
- Responsible for managing full spectrum of staff training activities.
- Manage the training needs and implement training and development programs.
- Manage HR administration in recruitment activities.
- Responsible for corporate events and activities.
- Provide administrative support within the administration department.
**Personal Profile**:
- Malaysian in age group 26-35.
- Possess minimum a diploma qualification preferably in Business or HR Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in HR and training administration.
- HR & training experience working in financial or banking sector will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills is absolute essential.
- Possess a pleasant personality with good interactive skills.
- Proficient in English, BM and Mandarin.
**What is the job offer?**

5-day working week: Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45 am-5.30 pm.
