**Recruitment Support**:

- Scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.

**Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Welcoming and assisting new employees.
- Ensuring paperwork completion.
- Coordinating orientation and training.

**Employee Records and Documentation**:

- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- Assisting with changes and distributing HR documents.

**HR Compliance**:

- Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Participating in audits and policy updates.

**Employee Relations**:

- Addressing employee inquiries and assisting HR Generalist in organizing engagement activities.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Managing schedules and appointments.
- Handling HR-related documents.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- HR internship or related experience is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
