**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Finance
- Handle basic book keeping / full sets of account in accordance to accounting standards and Company Act.
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivables tasks.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Prepare and process AR and AP invoices, business expenses and any other required payments.
- Processing Inter-Company billing.
- Check Director/ staff expenses claim and Director’s credit card claims.
- Assist to prepare yearly audited summary reports and accounts summary.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance tasks.

Administrative
- Responsible for day-to-day Finance and administration tasks.
- Preparation of forms or work processes.
- Assist the Director in administrative tasks.
- Liaising with SGO HQ HR and Admin on certain tasks.

Others
- Assist in any ad hoc duties and assignments.

**; Requirements**:
- Possess relevant qualifications required for the role.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in accounting and/or audit position is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with good time management skills.
- Good team player, adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills (English, Mandarin and Malay). The role might require interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficient in MS Office.
