We’re looking for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join our award winning team conveniently located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
As an Finance & Administration Assistant at Double Eleven, you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to support a growing finance department. You’ll be trusted to work independently, find proactive solutions and improve department efficiencies.
We can support relocation within Malaysia and have a dedicated team on standby to assist you and your family with every step to us.
Strictly no agencies (sorry guys) and we’re unable to sponsor a visa for this role.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Processing supplier invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ownership of monthly accruals and prepayments
- Maintain the fixed assets register and post monthly depreciation
- Support the Studio Manager with monthly reporting and forecasting
- Support the year end process and external audit
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
**What we’re looking for**
- Finance/ administration experience desired
- Ideally LCCI qualified or similar qualification
- Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred but not essential
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Able to work independently, handle sensitive and confidential information
- Keen eye for detail
