**Job Descriptions**:
**Finance**

1. Be responsible for day-to-day finance management (monitoring and reporting)

2. Check figures and documents for accuracy

3. Organize, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures

4. Prepare, review, reconcile and make payment according to company procedures

5. Preparing financial reports, cash flow projections, forecasts and analysis.

6. Producing accurate and timely financial statements for financial review.

7. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all financial information for Board including reviewing Monthly Management Accounts.

8. Performing any other related duties assigned by the Management.

**Administrative**

1. Coaching and motivating staff to enhance their job performance and job satisfaction.

2. Identifying and providing learning opportunities to support staff development and career advancement.

3. Develops plans to improve and build employee competence, well-being and morale.

4. Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes

5. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

6. Manage schedules and deadlines

7. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

8. Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities

9. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

10. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

11. Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management.

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
