Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;
- Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;
- Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks
- Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management);
- Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies;
- Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group
- Liaison with different departments to assist on the company’s operations
- Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc;
- Provide support to the various business unit of the group; and
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.
- Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC’s.
- Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Corporate Finance: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
