The Finance roles to be filled are primarily to execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities directly and indirectly related to the role or function assigned by the Finance Organization Leadership. The incumbent is expected to ensure the most appropriate accounting treatment is employed with high degree of accuracy and completeness within the time frame allowed in accordance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, regulations and Company policies and procedures. The various roles and functions could be segregated as follows:

- Answering suppliers’ phone calls and resolving queries.
- Ensuring all documents is filed accurately and timely.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Responsible in bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets register.
- Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.
- Ensure the ledger is kept to date and assist in the preparation of management account.
- Responsible in the preparation bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and accounts schedules in efficient, systematic and timely manner.
- Ensure all adjustments, from reconciliation are picked-up correctly and posted subsequently.
- Assisting in Cash Flow Management and preparation of weekly cash flow.
- Process and monitor all petty cash payments in an orderly manner and in accordance with Finance Policy and Procedure.
- Maintenance of Petty Cash in an orderly manner.
- To assist in the preparation of other company’s supplementary reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for management, audit, tax and statutory purposes.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in Finance/Accountancy and/or Professional Qualification ACCA / CIMA/MICPA or equivalent.
- Strong in accounting technicalities and business process workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is preferred. Exposure in using an ERP system.
- Good commercial and operational acumen and with ability for hands-on engagement.
- Passion for detailed work and drive to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Must be proactive, a team player and good communication skills.

**Salary**: From RM2,900.00 per month
