**Position Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to an individual or executive, assisting them with various tasks to ensure smooth functioning of their personal and professional affairs. You will act as the primary point of contact between the individual and other parties, managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently, considering priorities and deadlines.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute materials as necessary.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel accommodations including flights, hotel reservations, transportation, and itinerary planning. Ensure travel plans align with the executive's schedule and preferences.
- **Task Management**: Manage and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and projects effectively. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- **Research**: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive. Compile information, analyze findings, and present summaries or recommendations as needed.
- **Expense Management**: Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and maintain expense reports.
- **Personal Assistance**: Provide personal support as required, which may include running errands, coordinating household tasks, or managing personal appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the executive effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Working Conditions**:
This role typically operates in a professional office environment, but may also involve remote work or travel as required. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate the executive's schedule and urgent tasks.

Pay: RM1,500.56 - RM1,800.77 per month
