**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, process, and review a variety of documents, including applicant/employee files, payroll records for completeness, accuracy, and submission standards.
- Maintains employees confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist in processing unemployment verifications, administering employees benefit program and activities.
- Schedule meetings, sort/distribute mail, and maintain departmental files.
- Understand and implement oral and written instructions.
- Communicate updates to superiors orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships with those contacted during the course of work operations.
- Direct visitors and employees to appropriate offices.
- Developing Orientation and briefing to all new employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in human resources matters.
- Proficient in excel & words.
- Able to work independently, proactive, highly self-motivated individual, good problem solver.
- Strong communications skills.
- Detail oriented, well organized and set high performance standards.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR 2000 system is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
