**Objective / Purpose of the Job**

The **Human Resource Assistant** is responsible to assist HRBP in handle everything that from payroll administration, non executive's recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee retention in eFMX.

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**:

- Arrange interview appointment and involve in the selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure they are properly inducted and trained on the job.
- Assist with HR administration work including data entry and filing.
- Provide employee services and manage grievance handling procedure.
- Any HR related initiatives as delegated.

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management or any fields.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- **Able to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of tasks**.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

**Technical skills and Competencies**:

- Familiar Microsoft Excel
- Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual
- Communicating effectively across functions and levels
- Result oriented

**Working location**:
Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32 Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
