**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain HR operational documents e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures,Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc.
- Support recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
- Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding.
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of staff personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
- Coordinate talent development and employee engagement activities.
- Assist to prepare HR reports for management update/decision making.
- Administer training activities and HR projects.
- Liaise with local government agencies on statutory matters including Immigration.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Manage benefits administration for all employees including medical and insurance.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Operations.
- Expert in handling recruitment, employee relations and payroll activities.
- Well versed in country Labor Laws & latest recommendations by Government authorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on Microsoft Excel will be an added advantageous.
- Assertive, agile and able to work independently.
- Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
