Human Resource Assistant

**Objective / Purpose of the Job**
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible to assist a business partner in executing HR practices that are able to attract, retain and develop talent in the Company.
**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Arrange interview appointment and involve in the selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assist with the on-boarding of new hires to ensure they are properly inducted and trained on the job.
- Assist with HR administration work including data entry and filing.
- Provide employee services and manage grievance handling procedure.
- Any HR related initiatives as delegated.
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Marketing Management, Social Science, Humanities, Business Administration.
- Prefer to have 1 year of working experience in HR Business Partner/Generalist/ Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Pleasant personality and has a passion in pursuing HR as a career.**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
