**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Draft and update of documents such as a job description, employee handbooks, performance appraisal, forms, Standard of Procedure (SOP) and others HR related documents
- Prepare the related letter such as Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Salary Letter, Bonus and etc.
- Assist in handling all disciplinary issues such as conducting Progressive Counseling with employees, preparing show cause letter, warning letter, termination letter, etc in accordance to the procedures.
- To assist the organization, coordination and preparation of meetings, agendas and distribute according within an agreed time frame.
- To be involved in preparation of human resources data, analysis, presentations and reports.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR / an administrative role
- Familiar with statistics and data analysis
- Have strong communication skills
