Jr. Human Resource Executive

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource function including but not limited to Foreign Worker Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, and other Human Resource ad-hoc related matters.
- Assist on the full cycle of recruitment including preliminary interview and scheduling of interviews.
- Assist on IR and ER related matters.
- Day-to-day foreign worker management.
- Update organization chart monthly.
- Draft and coordinate the issuance of HR related letters to employees in timely manner.
- Maintain all employee records in the HR system and ensure all physical HR related records are filed accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the HR info system.
- Manage employee exit clearance (I.e. Exit Interview, Surrender Company Property, Tax Clearance and Handover Listing).
- Assist in the handling and dealing with employee disciplinary issues and work performance related issues.
- Manage employee Group Hospitalization insurance, medical and other employee benefit entitlement.
- Develop and execute organization’s HR Policies while maintaining and executing other Company Policies (Rules and Regulations) to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and validate employee attendance records.
- Prepare payroll reports for Finance department.
- Process EA forms, monthly payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF).
- Liaise with company agents including but not limited to contract workers, cleaners, and security.
- Assist in audit related documentations and participate in audits.
- Assist and monitor coordination of facility management.
- Lead and coordinate CSR activities for employees.
- Member of the HIC committee and play an important role in ensuring safety compliance.
- Any other task assigned by Superior.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Executive: 1 year (required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
