**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources department.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
- Responsible for the recruitment process, conducting orientation or induction for all new staff joined, and processing performance reviews for staff confirmation.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation in accordance with HR practices.
- Attendance and overtime monitoring.
- MC and leave update and monitoring.
- Process staff claims & allowance.
- Handle staff training and briefings.
- Updated & keep track on company SOP &operation flow.
- Update company policies and employee handbook as needed

(Issued Offer Letter / Memo / Circular / Warning letter)
- Liaising with government bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & ZAKAT).
- Announcement new staff recruitment, staff resign, re-designation and promotion.
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
- Update company vehicle maintenance record.
- Upkeep office phone & mobiles' billing.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and trainings.
- Other duties which are assigned by HR Manager/immediate superior from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of comprehensive human resources experience.
- Good command and writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Executives specializing in HR/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HR or office policies and procedures.
- Familiar with Employment Act.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
