You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating the human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will also be responsible in ensuring compliance with governing regulations and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor law and employment practices
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle priorities and use good judgment.
- Good command of spoken and written English
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
