We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative functions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a productive and organized workplace while managing HR operations to support our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Human Resources Management**
- **Payroll and Benefits**: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements. Communicate and train employees on these policies to ensure compliance.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work environment and address issues promptly and professionally.

**2) Talent Development**:

- **Training and Development**: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and coordinate resources to facilitate growth and development.
- **Performance Appraisals**: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for employees. Provide constructive feedback and support employees in setting and achieving performance goals.
- **Workplace Culture**: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and inclusion. Encourage teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

**3) Administrative Operations**:

- **Office Facilities and Maintenance**: Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**: Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment. Maintain vendor relationships for timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative tasks, such as handling company’s vehicle and organizing company events.

**4) Compliance and Legal**:

- **Labor Law Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations relevant to your location and industry. Ensure the company complies with these laws in all HR and administrative practices.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data. Implement security measures to protect HR and administrative records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience and proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR system and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
