_**What will you be doing?**_

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or conflicts.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.

**Performance Management**:

- Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal processes.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and expectations.
- Identify and address performance issues through coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
- Implement and monitor employee development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

**HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and provide necessary support.

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum with 2 years’ experience.
- Able to work independently and supervise a small team.
- Strong proficiency in excel and well command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
