**Responsibility of works**
Human Resources Officer reports to Department Manager, and is responsible for all issues on human resources, foreign workers management, employee training and development. His main responsibilities shall include:
- Ensuring a harmonious employer-employee relationship and a pleasant and conducive working environment.
- Full Responsibility for **monthly payroll for staff and statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF)**
- Reviewing manpower needs as identified by Department Managers, and obtaining approval from Managing Director for recruitment.
- Responsible in process of **Foreign Workers' recruitment such Permit Registration and CIDB registration for foreign workers.**
- Conducting recruitment exercise as and when required in order to meet the company’s human resources requirements.
- Establishing and updating Employee Handbook as required.
- Attending to legal matters on employment (both local and foreign workers) to ensure compliance with relevant employment and labour laws.
- Assisting Department Managers in resolving staff grievances.
- Conducting training needs analysis jointly with the respective Department Managers.
- Preparing training budget and plan and obtaining Managing Director’s approval.
- Sourcing training provider and arranging for training of employees.
- Maintaining necessary employee records including updating of training records.
- Handling of insurance policies for staff and workers.
- Sourcing and appointment of company panel doctors.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
