- Update staff personal database - Update and monitor Perkeso & Human Shield Plus Insurance for staff
- Prepare minute of meeting for management meeting
- Monitoring and handling administrative task ad hoc
- Monitoring and handling account task using UBS Systerm
- Monitoring agreement letter (Tenancy, equipment, subcontractor agreement)
- Handling and monitoring inventory - stationery and office facilities
- Update filing Requirement

Requirement
- Degree / Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation & statutory requirements
- Mature, able to work independently and also a good team player with pleasant interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good communication (especially listening), office/clerical, administrative and interpersonal skills are of great importance.
- Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Well versed with internal and external audits (ISO Audit) Advance computer skills are required.
- Ability to work and beat deadlines.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (required)
