Human Resource Coordinator

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor, maintain and update HR database and employee personal files.
- Manage the preparation and processing of payroll data accurately with timely submission.
- Assist in leave management, claim verification, draft general HR letters and correspondences.
- Assist in administration of the performance appraisal, bonus and salary review exercise.
- Assist in maintaining and reviewing job description and job specification bank.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year relevant experience in HR.
- Preferably junior executive specializing in recruitment/admin/payroll or equivalent.
- Bumi / male are preferred.
**JOB LOCATION**
- Shah Alam,Selangor.Seksyen 23.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
