**Human Resource cum Admin Assistant**
**Location**: [Seksyen 15, Shah Alam Selangor]
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- **Human Resource Support**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in administering employee benefits and handling inquiries related to benefits packages.
- Support HR department with various HR projects and initiatives.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in human resources or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
