_Human Resources_
- Follow up with preparation of document or proposal to management before deadline.
- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
- Update and maintain accurate employee's personnel files and leave balance.
- Check and revise duty rosters prepared by the outlets to ensure alignment to operational needs.
- Checking staff attendance on weekly basis and preparing related report for lateness and absenteeism.
- Administration_
- Lease with cleaner and service provider for office maintenance
- Uniform Management
- Medical Administration
- Filling and managing the document arrangement within outlet and HQ.
- Assist all the administrative task as when requested by the management.
- Provide assistance in other HR and Admin duties and functions when required.
- Execute ad hoc task as and when requested by the HOD / management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
- **Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors ( Main Scope )**:

- Time-management skills & Ability to handle confidential information
- Have experience in managing foreign worker will be an added advantage.
- Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (required)
