**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include of learning and development, Industrial Relation, employee engagement, and employee welfare.
- Responsible in prepare training plan, monitor training record and training evaluation.
- Liaise and have a good network with training providers.
- Arrange, register, and coordinate the training and arrange HRDF matters.
- Person in charge in company uniform.
- Assist on disciplinary issues (prepare letters etc)
- Assist in company events and programs.
- Assist in administrative matters (invoicing, reports etc)
- Substitutes front desk if required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- **Fresh graduates are encourange to apply.**:

- Good written and communication skills in English. Good command in English is a must for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills, energetic with a can-do attitude & excellent presentation skill.
- On job training will be provided for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
