Training and Development Assistant

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization.
**1)** **Training and Development Administration***
a. To assist in the implementation of Training Needs Analysis Exercise, including sourcing for appropriate training courses for departments/sections and making recommendations.
b. To consolidate the outcome of the Training Needs Analysis Exercise into a Total Company Training Plan.
c. To execute the Total Company Training Plan and ensure that training schedules and training forms are given and communicated to relevant parties.
d. To monitor all training progress and ensure training utilization rate and hours are fulfilled and documented.
e. To assist departments/sections in monitoring staff's participation, learning and performance targets after each training.
f. To assist departments/sections in monitoring the transfer of learning through the job assignments allocated.
g. To assist departments/sections in determining whether their staff's performance targets have been met within the allocated time frame after course completion.
h. To consolidate training data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of training against business plan and the efficiency of the organization.
i. To assist superior in major internal and external audits.
j. To arrange and provide Product Knowledge Orientation briefing to new and existing staff periodically.
k. To develop and deliver training programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
l. To monitor and document employee certifications, licenses, and training records to demonstrate compliance.
**2)** **Continuous Improvement***
a. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in training and development.
b. Implement innovative training solutions to enhance employee learning experiences.
**3)** **To assist in the preparation of budgets in relation to training functions.***
**4)** **To perform other duties as directed by superior.**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
