**Training Management Services (TMS) Administrator**
**About the Role**
Join our team as a vital contributor to our Training Management Services (TMS) team in Malaysia. We're seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to support the efficient delivery of our services to clients in maritime, oil and gas, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.

**Your Role**
As a TMS Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and top-quality delivery of Training Management Services. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and passion for precise work will drive client and team satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute administrative tasks like registrations, data extraction, and quality control for impeccable service delivery.
- Provide outstanding customer service, supporting clients with their TMS requirements.
- Address incoming queries and requests from both clients and team members.
- Collaborate effectively within the TMS team as needed.
**What We Require**
- Diploma or degree in a related administrative discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proven experience in administrative activities, including database management, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service operations, encompassing effective communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage varied workloads and prioritize for optimal service quality.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Office365.
