1) Collecting daily, weekly and monthly employee attendance 2) Checking employees/ workers work hours with respective HODs (If necessary) 3) Calculating employees/ workers benefits and deductions. 4) preparing employees/ workers compensation and state regulations. 5) Preparing employees/ workers compensation check using payroll software. 6) Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations. 7) Preparing payroll reports. 8) Responding to employees/ workers questions/ worker questions/queries about compensation, taxes, benefits and deductions. 9) updating new employees data into the company database. 10) Assist HR Executive to conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee (foreigner & non-executive position. 11) Assist HR Executive on planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval. 12) Assist in Training & Development programs (attend the workers training sessions as observer) as and when required by the HODs. 13) Perform all duties required by the Management as and when needed.
DC MANAGEMENT & CLEANING SERVICE SDN BHD was established since December 2009 and officially registered on December 2011. We started as a small team by providing cleaning service to home and apartment with only 5 cleaners. Over the years, we have grown and currently we have more than 80 trained cleaners, 13 office staff and up till now, the number is increasing. We have served in household, commercial projects which consist of established companies, boutique hotels, apartments, bungalows and houses. We strive to provide the best service to all our customers.
