Human Resource Manager

In charge of overall human resources matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development, payroll, performance appraisals and discipline related matter.
- Develop, implement, and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.
- To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with IR department, Labour Office, and any other related government body.
- Develop and maintain HR System in compliance and aligned with company policies and ensure HR practices are following all legal requirements of government regulations.
- Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solutions and interpretation to Management.
- Understand and analyse organizational capabilities and work with managers to review and develop the right organizational and ways of working for the business.
- Oversee training need analysis and prepare training plan accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement on human resources policies and procedures to all organization division.
- Organize and lead the company events / activities.
- Plan for merit increment/promotion budgets and executions.
- Manage a team by setting clear job expectation, coaching the team to consistently deliver quality services, and resolving daily issues.
- To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of HR related experience in a Managerial Level
- Familiar with HR and Admin practice
**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
