Inside Sales Representative

Bayan Lepas, Malaysia Efinix Technology (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting customers on any pre/ post-order requirement, acting as main point of contact between customer and other departments in Efinix.
- Perform order entry (SO) including sample order, order acknowledgement, track & trace all customers’ change orders & update in system, coordinate shipment and follow up with customers on sales order.
- Focal point for customer related operational issues /escalations.
- Respond to all Customers communication messages promptly after confirming the PO. Work with the internal planning team to pull-in delivery if customer requested date is not met.
- Cross check price on customer PO against the price quoted, agreed payment terms and other T&C.
- Support order pull-in/push-out, cancelling P/O, credit issues, RMA and product change notification ( PCN ) depends on customer requirement.
- Set up direct account for regional sales and work well with contract manufacturers as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase order.
- Conducts customer survey on annual basis to monitor customer satisfaction, maintain distributor agreements etc.
- Coordinate activities with logistic team on shipment arrangement and outgoing shipment.
- Review customer forecast and update in Salesforce.
- To ensure all the necessary reports are to be updated by daily, weekly basis for monthly report preparation and submission.
- Any other duties assigned by superiors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Job Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or related roles, preferably in semiconductor environment.
- Customer service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customer by rendering excellent support.
- Knowledge of Order Management systems ( SAP or ERP system preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is an added advantage.
- Work in a team environment sharing tasks, motivated self-starter, problem solving, good communication skill, and positive attitude.
- Hours must be flexible to accommodate communication with European and US team.
- Required language(s) Mandarin and English (To liaise with Mandarin speaking client)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
