Office Admin (Intern)

Day-to-day administration

To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc

To provide back-end administration support for operation and sales

Communicate with internal and external parties on matter relates to administrative activities

Maintain office supplies levels for departments

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Filing for all related documentation

Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

Requirement

Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to manage variety of tasks, fast learner, good time management, strong sense of self -responsibly and detailed oriented.

Good working attitude and willing to learn

Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill

Strong sense of responsible and attentive to details

Able to work independently as well as in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
