**Job Description**:
The role of Office Administrator is responsible to handle and administer general administration tasks and play a key role in supporting the Country Head, Head of Operations for the build out of our Malaysia Office, event coordination and other admin support duties.
- Coordination of all administrative functions in the office, including secretarial, reception, mail delivery/courier service, meeting & conference call preparation and scheduling, minutes writing, etc.
- Management of local facility issues by maintaining preferred vendor agreements for suppliers. (I.e. cleaning, maintenance, stationery, storage, moving, security, etc.)
- Act as the point of contact for staffs and office operation matters which involves engagement with various external stakeholders such as the building manager and suppliers.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Developing and maintaining administrative systems to increase efficiency
- Handles travel and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors
- Organizing corporate events and staff engagement activities
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as monitoring accounts payable and budget tracking

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4-6 years of administrative or corporate experience in an international working environment
- Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
- Finance industry background preferred
