- Job Description_:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office and events. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Key Responsibilities:_

1. **General Office Administration**: Handle general office administration tasks, including ordering and organizing supplies, managing phone calls, and other relevant duties.

2. **Supplier Research**: Conduct research to identify new deals and suppliers to enhance our operations.

3. **Records Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date records/filing system to ensure efficient document retrieval.

4. **Office & Marketing Support**: Provide support in both office and marketing administration activities.

5. **Event Logistics**: Assist in the planning and execution of event transportation and logistics.

6. **Document Preparation**: Prepare quotations, invoices, official receipts, and other relevant documents with precision.

7. **Event Administration**: Support the administrative operations of training workshops, events, and conferences to ensure their success.

8. **Personal Assistant Functions**: Manage the personal assistant function for our Directors, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and more.
- Requirements_:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year of relevant

experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure and flexible as part of a small,

collaborative team.
- Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal

English and Malay.

Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to attend events on-site to assist in their successful

execution.
- Immediate availability for work is preferred.
