**Industry: Logistic Company**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1 Direct and monitor the work flow of the entire office.

2 Develop and manage operating budgets.

3 Ensure training and direction for new and existing sales members.

4 Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.

5 Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.

6 Maintenance of current customers: Including analysis of current lanes to assure we are competitive and also providing excellent service. Also, soliciting for other business from customers.

7 Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles.

8 Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.

9 Development of sales leaders including succession planning.

10 Act as a player and a coach - bring on new business, in addition to coaching the sales representatives

**Requirements**:
1 Experience with transportation and logistics industries.

2 Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment.

3 Proven record of growing business and starting new accounts.

4 Ability to make quick, smart business decisions.

5 Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so.

6 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
