**_Job Description_**
- To implement, maintain and ensure the ISO documents controller processes and procedures in order.
- To develop and maintain Document Management System.
- To communicate and liaise with Project Teams to the agreed standard, system, handover and etc.
- To assist in internal and external ISO audit.
- To be responsible for the filing of design calculation, project documents and structural tracing.
- Assist in planning and preparing documents for tender submissions in relation to company policies.
- To provide support to technical staff.
- Liaise with Project Managers and related parties to support accuracy in document requirements.
- To assist in project manpower compilation.
- Memo preparation upon required.
- To assist in any secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

**_Requirements_**
- Have at least Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
- Having Degree in Office Management/Administration will be added advantage.
- Having at least 2 years of ISO document controller tasks/ secretarial tasks/ tender process/ administrative works in construction or engineering firm will be an added advantage.
- Hardworking, self-motivated person, independent, fast learner, systematic and able to do multi-tasking.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Fresh Graduates with good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply.
- Required language: English.
