Frustrated by the analogue process of using call centres to book delivery vehicles and the lack of transparency in pricing and availability, a group of problem solvers got together to create their own digital solution.

Lalamove was born to make on-demand delivery possible for everyone at the touch of a button. Through a single app, users could gain access to a wide fleet of suitable delivery vehicles helmed by professional drivers.

Simply input the pick up and drop off locations, choose the vehicle type you require and get quickly matched with a nearby driver who’s ready to take the order.

Track the whole delivery process from start to finish in the app, use digital payment options and pull up the record of all your activity in one place.

Lalamove has become the strategic partner for businesses of all sizes to solve their last-mile delivery issues. From independent brick and mortar stories to restaurants, retail outlets and e-commerce companies, Lalamove helps businesses from a wide array of industries to scale and outsource deliveries based on their needs.

**Main responsibilities**:

- **Driver acquisition & training**:Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform.
- **Driver and Community management**: Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentivise and rule the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention.
- **Understanding driver operations standards**: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
