**Job Scope**:

- Organize, coordinate, and manage correspondence, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Coordinate board meeting logistics and manage the schedule of personal drivers.
- Compile reports and materials, attend to club and association matters, and handle ad-hoc assignments.
- Handle private and confidential documents with discretion, process claims and payments, and provide administrative support.
- Manage the administration of Moneylending licenses, ensuring timely renewal and submission of reports.
- Maintain and update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including publishing new SOPs and conducting annual reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial or Office Administration.

At least 5 years of working experiences in the related field.
- Good written and spoken communication in English & good listening skill.
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive in every approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
