**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and reservations for the Food and Beverage team.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, related to Food and Beverage operations.
- **Order Coordination**:

- Coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies for the department.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Verify invoices and reconcile discrepancies with deliveries and purchases.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders accordingly.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records in the system.
- Identify and report any shortages, expired products, or quality issues to management.
- **Event Assistance**:

- Support the Food and Beverage team in planning and executing events, meetings, and functions.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including catering requirements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between the Food and Beverage department and other departments within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
