Facebook Marketing Expert

**Job Summary**:
The Facebook Marketer will develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves managing all aspects of Facebook ads, from strategy and content creation to analytics and reporting, with a strong emphasis on creating compelling content and strategically placing ads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop comprehensive Facebook marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their preferences and behaviors.
- Create detailed media plans and budget allocations for campaigns.
2. **Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
- Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and encourages engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- A/B test different creative and copy variations to optimize performance.
3. **Ad Placement and Management**:
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Utilize Facebook’s targeting options to reach the most relevant audience segments.
- Continuously monitor and adjust ad placements to maximize visibility and engagement.
4. **Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA).
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have interacted with previous ads or visited the website.
- Optimize ad delivery by adjusting targeting, placements, and creative elements based on performance data.
5. **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to refine strategies and inform future campaigns.
6. **Staying Updated**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
- Experiment with new features and formats offered by Facebook to stay ahead of the competition.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Facebook Marketer or similar role in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other Facebook marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad content.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
