Turner & Townsend is experiencing significant growth here in Asia and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team The Asia region is one of the fastest growing offices in the global network and this is a unique time to join us as we take the business to the next level and continue to diversify our clients and projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.

**Qualifications**

They will draw from a successful background in a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality hires.

They will have strong organizational skills, be proactive and results oriented.

**Education/Experience Required**:
They must have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment with prior experience ideally will be from an agency or a consultancy. **Prior experience in recruiting for countries outside of Malaysia highly advantageous**

**Highly fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in another Asian language ie Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean would be desirable.**

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but experience qualify in lieu of a degree.
