Job Scope:
1. Estimate the quantity and costs of labors, materials, and machinery

2. Preparing cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections

3. Coordinate and liaise with the sub-contractor for the contract matters

4. Prepare for the tendering documents and measurement and bill of quantity

5. Any other tasks assigned by the superior
