- Experienced in Data Entry, Customer Service, Organize Things
- Numerical person (good with numbers)
- Able to work on 9am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
- Office is based in Singapore - which means you need to be in the office during working hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in order processing and updating of orders.
- Cover the reception responsibilities as directed.
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing work order status.
- Record keeping, filing and any other admin function as required.
- Prepare and issue training certificates.
- Prepare and issue calibration certifications and stickers for calibration of equipment.
- Respond to and follow up on sales quotations or enquiries.
- Ensure compliance of Service Centre personnel, in stock taking events and housekeeping schedules.
- Arrange daily service/technical schedule for service personnel, focusing on quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Update database of customers’ equipment/device/service & maintenance requirements and send reminders to customers on service due dates.
- Update technical staff’s training certification and accreditations database.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders and/or requests for quote, prepare quotations for submission. Follow up on quotations.
- Work closely with CS and Sales departments or any other functional groups on inventory and logistic requirements, ensuring customers’ requirements are met.
- Ensure that all administrative and customer service tasks are attended to and completed quickly and efficiently.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
