Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for employees on the use of software and hardware.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and user guides.
Generate reports on technical issues, resolutions, and system performance.
Prepare regular administrative reports as required by management.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and administrative needs.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure effective communication.
Participate in meetings to provide input on technical and administrative matters.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
