Johor Bahru, Malaysia E Trend Marketing Sdn Bhd Full time

Help the project manager in administrative duties and processes
- Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Assist in project costing and process invoices to finance department.
- Knowledge in technical drawings & Design/ Drafting software, e.g. AutoCAD
- Manage and update documents under project master document list and generate updated document list.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule & Auto Cad)

**Others**
- Is Independent and has good organizational skills
- Able to communicate and coordinate in a clear and organised manner with others
- Responsible, Diligent and Honest
- Must be able to speak and write in English

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Must be able to work overtime including public holidays if needed
