Job Description for Assistant, HR Admin
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
To assists on general administration to HR Admin department.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, filing, faxing, typing, copying & couriering.
2. Answering calls & taking messages when necessary or receptionist is unavailable.
3. Record & update all types of leave taken by staff.
4. Record & report the daily attendance list for each department.
5. Responsible to check all the staffs' overtime claim.
6. Compile all the quotation before making order.
7. Preparation of payment requisition form upon receipt of invoice.
8. Document control, filing & opening of new file when necessary.
9. Assist in resolving any administrative problem.
10. Undertake any other duties or administrative work as directed by the head of department.
11. To perform other related duties as required.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
