**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources Support**:

- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
- Support the organization of staff events and activities to promote team building and a positive work environment.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, administrator, or relevant role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

**Salary**:

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
