**Position Title : Admin / HR Assistant**
**Location Working**:
- Johor Bahru ( Ulu Tiram )
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday ( 8:30am - 6:15pm )
**Job Responsibility**:
- Monitor attendance records and partialy on payroll
- Handling foreign workers permit renewal and hostel maintainance, etc
- Handling maintainance of office suppliers, equipment, building, etc
- Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier service
- Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control
- Provide administrator support to the day to day operations of HR & Adm dept
- Employee welfare arrangement (Annual dinner event & Occasional, etc)
- Any related tasks assigned by superior
**Job Requirement**:
- Min SPM and Diploma
- At least in 1year experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Chinese Female
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Chinese (preferred)
