_**Job Descriptions**_
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meeting and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, reordering as necessary
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities.
- Handle filing and managing HR documentation and having them updated at all times
- Coordinate employee onboarding/ offboarding and orientation processes
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information
- Assist in HR policy and procedure documentation and implementation
- Support HR with employee training and development initiatives
- Perform other duties as and when required
- **Job Requirements**_
- Diploma in Secretary Science, Human Resource management, Business administration
- SPM holder must have at least 2 years of proven experience as an HR or Administrative Assistant or related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office ((Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) skills
- Good in English and Malay communication skills, strong in both written and oral
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Professional and friendly demeanor
