Role: Customer Service - English speaker (Banking industry)

**Salary**: RM 2300 - RM 2800 (total package) + allowance + bonus

Working hours: 8AM - 11PM, 8 hrs shift, 5 days a week, Monday-Sunday

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (this is an onsite role)

Requirement:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, minimum of diploma in any field.
- Immediate joiner, able to start on 27th November 2023.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- This is a 6 months contract role, with high chance to be converted as permanent staff.

**Job Description**:

- Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by the customers, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Level 1 first point of contact for customer complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
